Simply add

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 500g beef cubes
  • 180g carrots
  • 100g baby marrow

Preparation Instructions

Stovetop: 40 mins

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown chopped onion and beef cubes. Add carrots and stir for 5 minutes.    
  2. Mix contents of packet with 400 ml cold water and add to beef. Stir continuously until mixture boils.    
  3. Simmer covered, for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the baby marrow and simmer uncovered for a further 15 minutes.        

Serve with white rice.
