  • 500 g Chicken cubes

Preparation Instructions

Stovetop: 30 mins

  1. Brown chicken cubes in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter).
  2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked & tender.
  3. Tasty tip! Garnish with chopped cashew nuts and fresh coriander. Serve with naan bread.

Oven: 60 mins at 180°C

  1. Brown chicken cubes in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter).
  2. Place chicken cubes  in a casserole dish, pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
  3. Cover & bake until cooked & tender, stirring halfway through cooking.  

Microwave (900 Watts): 20 mins at 180°C

  1. Place chicken cubes in a microwaveable container.
  2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
  3. Microwave on 100% power until cooked & tender. For best results stir halfway through cooking.
