A delicious sauce made with green peppers, lightly seasoned with herbs and spices.

- 500g chicken strips
- 2 Tbls oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
- 250 ml cream
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 30 mins
- Heat oil in a pan, lightly brown chopped onion and chicken strips.
- Add the thinly sliced green pepper (optional) and sliced mushrooms, sauté for a further 5 minutes.
- Empty the pouch contents & stir in the cream.
- Allow to simmer for 10 mins.
- Season to taste, serve with rice and enjoy!
Tasty Tip: For a hearty pasta dish, follow step 1 to 4 of the preparation instructions and stir in cooked fusilli pasta and basil pesto for an indulgent meal.
