Simply add

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 500g chicken cubes
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste

Preparation Instructions

Stovetop: 25 mins

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add chicken cubes and stir until browned. Add potatoes.    
  2. Mix contents of packet with 400 ml water and tomato paste and add to chicken. Stir continuously until mixture boils.    
  3. Simmer for 20 mins, stirring frequently.                    

Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice.
