Curry Wet Cook-In Sauce
Simply add
- 500 g Lamb cubes
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 35 mins
- Brown one finely chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter). Add lamb cubes and brown on medium heat.
- Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked & tender.
- Top with chopped coriander.
Serve with basmati rice and enjoy!
