Simply add

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 500g beef cubes
  • 150g carrots
  • 80g frozen peas

Preparation Instructions

Stovetop: 45 mins

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown chopped onion and beef cubes. Add carrots and stir for 5 minutes.    
  2. Mix contents of packet with 400 ml cold water and add to beef. Stir continuously until mixture boils.    
  3. Simmer covered, for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the frozen peas and simmer uncovered for a further 10 minutes.        

Serve with white rice.
