Preparation Instructions

  1. Empty contents of packet into a measuring jug.    
  2. Fill up to 250 ml with rapidly boiling water from a kettle.    
  3. Stir with a fork for 1 minute, until thick and smooth.    
  4. To ensure a smooth consistency, do not begin stirring until all the water has been added.

Tasty Tip: Add a spoonful or two of plain yoghurt or cottage cheese for a creamier sauce.
